We maintain a large, on-hand inventory of printed product literature and have readily available downloadable literature to assist in assembling a professional submittal package for your customer. We can also assist you in writing specifications that can be used to accompany your submittals and proposals.

WIRING DIAGRAMS

We have the ability to provide simple, device-level wiring diagrams or complex, whole-system wiring diagrams to ensure your project is installed accurately and promptly.

PROGRAMMING

Whether it is a configurable controller, a programmable thermostat, a variable frequency drive, or a building automation system, our staff has the training and knowledge to provide programming services for your next project. We have the ability to provide simple, device-level wiring diagrams or complex, whole-system wiring diagrams to ensure your project is installed accurately and promptly.

Our Building Automation Department maintains a large graphic library to assist you in producing and delivering a professional-looking Building Automation System to your customer. Whether a simple VAV Box, a mechanical room, a C-Level Dashboard, or a campus, our staff can provide the graphical software and assistance to produce professional results.

COMMISSIONING & STARTUP

Whether you purchased a networkable thermostat system or a complete-featured building automation system, the most important step after programming is to commission the system to ensure it operates and performs as designed. Our staff can assist in commissioning and startup to ensure a properly functioning system.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Technical support is not foreign to us. The majority of our staff has many years of in-the-field experience and is very eager and capable of providing technical support for not only products we sell but other products, as well.
